There are twenty six houses in all (with one, two, three or four bedrooms), each having a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for self-catering holidays) and a comfortable living room. All the two bed-roomed houses have a large terrace on ground or first floor level.
A large swimming pool and sunbeds are at the disposal of the residents. The village is adorned with plants, and there is an atmosphere of complete relaxation and tranquility. All residents may park their cars in a large underground car park situated beneath part of the village itself. A weekly maid service including change of linen and towels is offered free of charge.

If you're looking for a place to relax by the pool on a long weekend, avoid Tal-Fanal. When we were there on a long weekend, the pool is overridden with screaming children and rough play. The management never intervened and when informed by email, they just denied the fact.

Management has to be present and control unruly behavior when guests come short of proper pool etiquette. I wrote an email and the general manager wrote back denying it happened at all instead of promising to improve for the future.
