To add motion sensor in lower level instead of switches or with switches as at one point light went off while i was near the 3 stairs and coud not see at all and had to jump the stairs as i was going to fall.

Internal : We had ants on kitchen worktop spray was provided and situation contained a bit but we had to avoid to leaving any food on worktop and clean else will end up full of ants. to improve in this regard. Outside : Pool rules not followed with regards to diving/jumping in the pool and splashing water upto on umbrellas by some youngsters that were onsite for two days and not eveyone had wrist band although maybe they had. No supervision or spot checks inspecrions done during the whole stay. Also on the last day a rat was seen outside and comtec boxes seems are not maintained regularly. Contact me if needed thanks. Regarding the lighting, the area is equipped with both light switches and a motion sensor at the entrance. It may be that the sensor timing is currently set too short. Thank you for bringing this to our attention we will review the timing and adjust it accordingly if necessary. With regard to the ants, once this was reported, our team provided treatment and the issue was contained. All our units are professionally treated for pest control on a monthly basis. Nevertheless, particularly during the warmer months, occasional insect activity can still occur. We will continue to monitor the apartment and take any additional treatment necessary. We have also taken note of your comments regarding the pool. Diving, excessive splashing and any behaviour which may inconvenience other guests are not permitted under our pool rules. Pool wristbands are mandatory for all guests using the pool area, and the pool is also monitored by CCTV. Our team carries out regular checks around the complex, and we will reinforce both the pool rules and the requirement for all guests to wear their wristbands while using the pool area. Finally, regarding the reported sighting of a rat outside the property, this was particularly unexpected as the complex is subject to regular professional pest-control treatment and we have not previously experienced an issue of this nature. The external bait stations had in fact been serviced on 4th September, 1 day after your arrival. Following your report, the rat in question was subsequently caught and removed. We also hold the relevant pest-control service certification and would be happy to provide this should you wish to verify the treatment carried out. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention. |

The stove wasn't fully functioning. The kitchen sink hot and cold indicators were reversed we burnt ourselves thinking we were on the cold side. Hot was blue and cold was red.

There was a broken tile in our bedroom. Furniture looked a bit dated, could do with better furniture. It's very strange there are no Double beds in the apartments. Would love to have the option to book a double bed for next time. |
